Although she is a guardian of Starfall Dragonry just as much as her sister, Himiko is noticeably younger, both in physical size and the way she carries herself. She enjoys using her powers, and while she always has good intentions, she often winds up baffling others -- whether she's repairing a broken bridge before their eyes, making flowers bloom on a tree in the blink of an eye, or making the sun rise in the middle of the night. She possesses an innate wisdom which stems from her godly heritage, and she does love to help others and offer advice, but Himiko is very easily distracted (often by her own abilities) and is prone to telepathically talking people's ears off without being very sensitive to their annoyance.
