Personality	Whatever strange magics led to Calliope's birth did not exempt her from the Elessadian curse. Thus, upon arriving at her genetic donor's home, she did what was necessary and formed a host-bond with... Mnemosyne's brother! From the beginning, Calliope has brimmed with assertiveness and confidence. She knows what she wants and she'll work tirelessly to get it. She's not without morals, though; Calliope has expressed regret for not being able to give Malamis a choice in the matter of becoming her host. She has since made it her goal to assist him as much as possible, at work and in life. In the years they've been together, the two have achieved a harmonious symbiosis. They've even begun collaborating on research to unravel the mechanisms of the Elessadian curse and how magical effects can persist through bloodlines. Even if their research leads to a method of breaking the curse, Calliope has made her intention clear: she'll stick by her host to the end, even if their bond ceases to exist. What started as a necessity has developed into genuine loyalty and affection, and it's not something Calliope takes for granted.
