Abilities	Balance Control: Ithshacri's Fireling alignment ability will always bring its object, location, or situation of focus to a more balanced state. The closer to the middle of the Order-Chaos spectrum something gets, the less of an effect Balance Control will have on it.
	Bilocation: Ithshacri has the ability to be in two places at once for a limited period of time (about five minutes).
	Fire Affinity: Ithshacri enjoys being in or near fire; he also cannot be burned by any fire.
	Fire Control: Ithshacri can exert his will over existing fire (used primarily to contain rather than manipulate).
	Light Affinity: Ithshacri enjoys being in bright places; light-based magic also has little effect upon him.
	Light Control: Ithshacri can bend light to his will, even in ways that physics normally won't allow.
	Natural Immortality: Ithshacri cannot die of old age.
	Shifting (Unlimited): Ithshacri has unlimited control over what he can shift his appearance to. This ability includes both shape- and size-shifting.

Personality	Ithshacri and his partner Valence are the textbook definitions of "sunshine and grumpy." Bright-eyed and light-hearted, Ithshacri's glass is always half full, and he's always up for chasing the pair's next adventure. Sunsets, lava flows, beaches with unusually-coloured sand, and the summits of mountains are his favourites, but Ithshacri will visit any beautiful place if he can share it with Valence. He is extremely alert to the world around him, and will follow even the slightest flash of movement or light to discover its origin. Ithshacri is alert to Valence's grumbling, too; to remedy that, he's happy to turn up the ambient heat around them to make even long journeys in the cold a little more bearable. For all he drags his firebird across universes in search of the next best sight to see, Ithshacri has a heart of gold and is incredibly difficult to hold a grudge against. His warmth is more than enough to melt Valence's heart, even when the two of them are standing on a glacier waiting for a glimpse of an aurora.
