Abilities	Air Magic: Toxakath can manipulate air currents using psionic power. (1)
	Genrehopping: Toxakath can travel or "hop" between different planes of existence. Additionally, she can see into those planes using the eye-spots on her wings; they're more than just markings, they're interdimensional remote-viewing lenses! (5)
	Shifting: Thanks to her Darkelf heritage, Toxakath can shift or "evolve" her physical features to suit her setting. This power also lets her move and change the eye-spots on her wings (as described above, she can quite literally see using these - they aren't just for show). (5)
	Teleportation: Toxakath can teleport to familiar locations, whether that familiarity comes from a strong mental image or her having actually been there. (3)
	Weather Magic: Toxakath can manipulate temperature, pressure, and humidity using strong psionic power, causing weather changes. Because this ability is particularly strong, Toxakath is capable of causing large-scale and/or severe weather events if she so desires. (6)
Personality	Where her bond is antisocial and territorial to the point of being vindictive, Toxakath is surprisingly friendly. She quite enjoys meeting visitors, and will gladly chat with them by the riverbank while her spectral bond glowers in the background. Thanks to her ability to see all manner of alternate planes, she knows when to expect these encounters - and much to Kólga's chagrin, she knows to warn most of them about the danger of attempting to cross the river! No one besides the pair is sure why, but it seems that the Drowned actually does genuinely love her bond. Toxakath is the only person in the multiverse capable of quelling Kólga's ire, and in turn, the Drowned dragon has been known to acquiesce to Toxakath's requests. If anyone manages safe passage across Kólga's river, they have Toxakath to thank. She has encyclopedic knowledge of her vengeful bond's weaknesses (hot wings and gratuitous compliments!), and the one-and-only soft spot in Kólga's cold, waterlogged heart.
