Personality	Moraneth certainly sits firmly in the evil alignment, but he's also hair-trigger sensitive to just about any inconvenience, and comes across as more of a whiner than an actual threat. He's angry in perpetuity, but his spiteful acts are more "replace sugar with salt in the cookies" than "murder someone and forge their will for the insurance policy payout." The only scraps of joy he gets come from messing with people he dislikes for petty reasons. Maybe someone smiled at him as they passed, or he saw someone offer to hold the door for someone else. Whatever offense they've committed, Moraneth is angry about it. He thinks everyone should be as miserable and pissed off as he is. Fortunately for everyone else, doing actual lasting harm seems beyond his capabilities.
