Mya' chose to depart for a place called Star City Dragonry. While it had closed to the general public for normal hatchings, it was holding a breeding project of sorts known as the Black, White, and Red Breeding Project. Back home at Starburst, Mya' had heard many good things about the place - more specifically about the current clutch there.

Mya' had seen a picture fluttering around of one of the dragons expected to hatch from the clutch just mere days ago. The dragon in question was furry, wingless, and dark and smooth as shadows.

She fell in love.

Mya' had always been attracted to darkly-coloured dragons, especially the black male Danachians - yes, even though they were her clutch-siblings. Mya' always admired them from a safe distance - she could dream for hours about those dark, sleek, delicious dragons. Mya' had matured past thinking all male dragons were "icky" long ago. The dragon she'd seen in the picture was one unlike any other she'd seen - the colour of a dark opal, and sleek as anything. She obviously loved that dragon immediately, and even though she probably would never meet him (or her, for that matter), she could still dream.

Mya' had also picked up the information that the dragons probably wouldn't take a bond at birth. So, she decided, she'd attend the hatching and possibly take one of the young ones home. Hopefully whoever came with her wouldn't be as much of a pain in the rear as her insane sister, Ren', or as sickeningly optimistic as Quavy'. Somehow, Mya' felt she could relate to these dragons. True Chaotic was such an appealing-sounding breed of dragon.

All this had brought her up to this point. Mya' stood in the futuristic-looking corridor, gazing around in an intrigued fashion. Her eyes suddenly met with some sort of floating orb. It was metal, crafted into a sphere with an 'eye' in the middle, and with a serial number stamped on its side.

Then, much to her surprise, the orb spoke.

"Good day," it spoke in a metallic voice. "Welcome to Star City. How may I help you?"

Mya' raised an eyebrow. What the hell are you? she blurted, as confused as was physically possible at the moment.

"I am an IHD cyborbot, fully equipped for greeting newcomers to Star City. How may I help you?"

Mya' sighed. What's next - flying robot minidragons?

A human walked past her right then with a clearly robotic minidragon in flight beside him.

She shut her eyes tight for a moment, counting to ten very slowly. Never mind. For a moment she'd forgotten the IHD's presence, but she quickly remembered it was there. And yes, you could tell me something - where's this Black, White and Red breeding project held? I need to get there, and make it snappy.

The IHD complied. "Right this way, madam."

Don't make me bite you, sir. She accented the last word mockingly. The IHD took no notice of her rudeness. Instead, it seemed happy to help her find the place to sign up.

"Here you are, madam. Have a nice day."

And as the IHD left, it took all of Mya's willpower not to dismantle it with a combined effort of her teeth and claws.

Oh, please don't let me run into one of those again... she pleaded to no one in particular, her teeth clenched and every muscle in her body tensed. This could be a long stay...
