Ren' was overjoyed when the call for candidates finally went out. The clutch was hatching; here was her chance! She practically bounced over to where they were to attend the hatching, eyes sparkling with pure glee. An herbal mixture sat untouched in her temporary residence - perhaps it wasn't much to some residents of the Valley, but if Ren's sisters had been in attendance, they'd be simply panicked.
All at once, the first egg burst, and a brilliantly rainbow-colored hatchling tumbled out, silencing the faint murmur of voices chatting idly. The hatchling blinked, eyeing all the candidates, before wiggling gleefully and charging right towards one of the two lavender Danachian dragons in attendance. And then tumbled head over paws right into the fidgeting Kaburenylath's leg. She got up giggling.
Ren'! Hi-hi! Wanna play?
Yay! Sure! Ren' jumped up and started chasing her tail. The little hatchling began to spin around, imitating her bond, giggling with delight. Ren' laughed. I can spin around in circles!
Whee! Me too! Yay!
First to bond, and first to leave the hatching area (by popular request), a still-spinning Ren' somehow managed to escort her little bondmate away, to a place where they could spin around in circles to their hearts' content.
