Appearance: He's close to albino in looks, with dazzling china-white fur. That, however, is offset by dark green hair, that he spikes regularily. His pale gray eyes are of almond shape, and he has a surprisingly graceful build for a male feline anthro.
Personality: It's a little-known fact that he and Alia are twins, but it shows. Like his sister, Liao cares immensely for others and would do anything to help a friend in need. When someone is suffering, he is often the first one to help them out.
