Rules and Form Read all of the rules, please. 1. There must be a persona on a working webpage for the dragon to bond or be sponsored to. Absolutely NO Neopets sites, or any other site that requires a signup to view, are allowed. 2. There must be a working link back to Starburst (http://www.mysticalplace.com/starburst/) on the candidate's page. 3. Once the hatching occurs and your character successfully bonds or sponsors, you have two weeks to get your dragon image up. If this deadline is not met, your dragon will be abandoned. 4. Please keep your stories under PG-13 rating. If they rise above that level, please post a fair warning on your candidate's page. I don't mind violence, but absolutely NO pornographic content will be accepted. 5. If you can't be happy with what you receive when your candidate bonds or sponsors here, do not apply. Cross-gender bondings will occur. Occasionally, a sponsor will bond (although I will usually contact you to verify that this is all right). If you have any concerns whatsoever (e.g. you do not wish to have your character cross-gender or double-bond) on this subject, PLEASE say so in the form. 6. Stories are not required for candidates, but are greatly appreciated. If you do choose to write a story, I don't ask for novels (although if you've got that much time and energy, feel free to write a lot). Short 'n' sweet is always nice. ^^ Stats pages are a good way to provide information about a story-less candidate, so they are recommended. 7. There is no limit on how many candidates you submit to a specific clutch; however, I cannot guarantee that all of them will receive dragons. 8. Your candidate cannot be standing at another agency (weyr/nidus/etc.) at the same time as they stand here. 9. Already-bonded characters are welcome to stand here, as long as they have a good reason to do so. 10. There is no limit on the number of pets your character owns at the time of bonding or sponsoring. As long as they are able to handle them, I don't care. Paying attention? Good. Place the phrase "Flying Toasters!" in the comments section of your form to verify you have read the rules. 11. If your candidate does not bond in the first clutch they come to stand for, they may either stay and stand for future clutches until they bond or leave. Please specify this in the noted section of the form. 12. In case some images I colour are so colour-intensive that they look awful as GIFs, please indicate your preference of image (transparent GIF, JPG with background colour of your choice, or transparent PNG) in the specified section of the form. 13. I accept both bonders and sponsors at Starburst. If you'd like to be surprised, however, please say so in the appropriate section of the form. 14. While I do provide you the option of stating your preferences (clutch, dragon gender, etc.) in the form, I may not be able to fulfill every request you make. Besides, surprises are good, and I tend to like throwing a few surprises out there. 15. I reserve the right to reject any application for any reason I see fit. (This rarely happens, however.
